Course Description
This course applies leadership concepts to create organizational change that increases value for stakeholders. Topics include leadership theories, organizational development approaches, servant leadership, and transformation leadership.
This graduate course is 6 weeks.

- Assess leadership theories and approaches to support organizational change
- Assess organizational culture to improve alignment between the culture, mission, vision, values, and strategies
- Develop strategies and tactics to implement positive organizational change
