Course Description
This course takes a practical approach to building effective teams, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflict constructively. Students apply teamwork principles in academic and professional environments while developing strategies for long-term success. The course also explores how backgrounds, perspectives, and differences among individuals influence group dynamics and outcomes.
This undergraduate course is 5 weeks.
